A seasoned Health Care Nursing Leader with extensive experience in clinical operations over multiple departments, project management, process redesign of med staff peer review, quality improvement and data analysis in mid -sized community hospital and not-for-profit and for-profit health systems with 350 beds to 1000 beds. Lastly, Lisa has extensive experience working with external healthcare vendors and consultants. Lisa has worked with a Federal QIO in addition to serving as a consultant for a Healthcare Advisory company reviewing client cases to determine if the nursing care met established standards of care. Lisa has established Community Health Worker programs for Covid-19 Care Coordination in North Carolina during the recent pandemic as well as helped create Business Contingency and Disaster Recovery Plans.
